By accessing and using GTRX services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

GTRX provides a platform connecting riders with drivers for transportation services. We facilitate bookings but are not a transportation carrier ourselves. Drivers are independent contractors.

As a user, you agree to: • Provide accurate booking information • Be present at pickup location on time • Treat drivers with respect • Pay all applicable fares and charges • Comply with local laws and regulations

• Bookings are confirmed upon acceptance by a driver • Cancellation charges may apply after driver assignment • We reserve the right to cancel bookings for safety reasons • Refunds are processed per our refund policy

• All fares are calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle type • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, and parking • Payment must be completed at the end of each ride • We accept various payment methods including cash, cards, and wallets

• Users must not engage in illegal or harmful activities • Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are prohibited • Harassment of any kind will result in account suspension • Report safety concerns immediately through the app

GTRX is not liable for: • Personal belongings lost during rides • Delays due to traffic or weather conditions • Actions of independent contractor drivers • Service interruptions beyond our control

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
