Payment & Refund Policy

At GTRX, we ensure a transparent and secure financial experience. This policy outlines our standards for payment processing, ride cancellations, and refund eligibility to protect both our users and partners.
Payment Processing Policy
• Payment requests are typically processed within 7 working days from the date of request.
• Once a payment slip or confirmation is issued, it may take up to 72 working hours for the amount to be credited to your bank account.
• Total processing time may vary depending on banking holidays and verification requirements.
Cancellation by User
• Free cancellation before driver assignment.
• ₹25 cancellation fee applies if a driver is assigned but cancelled before pickup.
• ₹50 cancellation fee applies if the driver has already arrived at the pickup location.
• No refund for no-shows after 10 minutes of driver arrival.
Cancellation by Driver
If a driver cancels your ride:
• Full refund for any advance payment.
• Automatic rebooking with another available driver where possible.
• Compensation credits may be provided for significant inconvenience.
• Priority booking on your next request.
Refund for Service Issues
Eligible for refund if:
• Driver takes a wrong route significantly increasing the fare.
• Service provided was significantly different from the booking details.
• Safety concerns occurred during the ride.
• Technical issues prevented the completion of the service.
Refund Process
• Submit refund requests within 48 hours of ride completion.
• Include your Booking ID and the specific reason for the refund.
• Review is typically completed within 3-5 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
• Cash payments will be refunded as GTRX wallet credits.
