Refund Policy

At GTRX, we strive to provide the best service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for our cab booking services.
Cancellation by User
• Free cancellation before driver assignment
• ₹25 cancellation fee after driver is assigned but before pickup
• ₹50 cancellation fee if driver has arrived at pickup location
• No refund for no-shows after 10 minutes of driver arrival
Cancellation by Driver
If a driver cancels your ride:
• Full refund for any advance payment
• Automatic rebooking with another available driver
• Compensation credits may be provided for inconvenience
• Priority booking on next request
Refund for Service Issues
Eligible for refund if:
• Driver takes wrong route significantly increasing fare
• Service was significantly different from booking
• Safety concerns during the ride
• Technical issues prevented service completion
Refund Process
• Submit refund request within 48 hours of ride completion
• Include booking ID and reason for refund
• Review typically completed within 3-5 business days
• Approved refunds processed to original payment method
• Cash payments refunded as GTRX credits
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided for:
• Change of mind after ride completion
• Traffic delays or route changes due to road conditions
• Waiting charges incurred due to user delay
• Toll and parking charges paid during ride
